Now That's a True Mother of a Spider
What better way to kick off October than with a spider carrying 200 babies on her back. Found this beauty at my parents house and couldn't resist photographing her. This also makes almost exactly two years since my last post...go me!

COMPUTER MODELING
Well, an English assignment from last semester might have finally become halfway useful. Now online and available for everyone (in particular BYU students) is a Short Course in Computer Modeling that I wrote as an assignment. This paper was written for people interested in modeling, but don't know a lot about it. It's not a tutorial, but more of a reference guide. So if you're interested have a look. Note that this is a work in progress and will hopefully be updated as I get feedback from people. It can be linked to from the following:

Kite Grandpa Render Test

This was a quick head model done as an exploration of possible design directions for one of the characters in our senior film. Nothing about this is final and will probably see several evolutions.
